This page is dedicated to the work of some of the finest modellers of the period between 1920’s and the 1960’s these will include
James Stanley Beeson (1906-1990). – Considered the finest builder of model Locomotives, he has been called the Faberge of the model world. James Besson, who was better known as Stan Beeson, produced OO Gauge and Gauge 1 models but is noted chiefly as an O Gauge model builder working for private clients as well as some of the major retailers of the pre and post-war period, including Bassett Lowke, Mills (Milbro), Leeds (LMC), Exley etc.
