Hornby O Gauge Locomotives

Hornby O gauge locomotives from the start of production in the 1920s – with the GN, LNWR and MR company locomotives – to the end of production in LMS, LNER, GWR and SR following the factories’ transfer to war work during the Second World War, circa 1940/41.

When available, this category contains a range of vintage Hornby O gauge clockwork and Hornby O gauge electric (4, 6 and 20 volts) from the M1 locomotives.

You will find the most significant locomotive produced in 1937 – the six-coupled “Princess Elizabeth”. Many of these vintage items are in their original boxes, especially for you collectors.

You’ll find vintage train sets, from the M1 goods and passenger sets to the larger special sets like the E220 “Folkstone Flyer”.

All mechanisms are serviced and ready for running, should you wish to do so.
