Hornby 0 Gauge Railway Accessories No.6 Station name boards – boxed – From the range of pre-war accessories is the Accessories set No.6 but instead of the station names and Notice boards there are 6 Station name boards duplicated for Newcastle, Edinburgh, York, Kings Cross, Grantham and Doncaster, 2 of each name. They are with the light blue bases which would suggest a 1929/30 production, with the exception of marks to one of the Grantham names and flaking on the base of one of the York names these are generally excellent. Is this a factory error or 2 sets of Station name boards which has been placed in the No.6 set as the bases and general finish is the same throughout I would suggest a factory error, either way a great addition to any Hornby 0 Gauge collection.
