Hornby 0 Gauge Post war Type 40 0-4-0 Tank Loco BR black No.82011, Clockwork – Boxed – A Post war type 40 Tank Loco in BR black and No.82011. These were produced from 1950 and replaced the regional big four locos of the pre war and early post war period. British Railway took over the Railways on 1st January 1948 amalgamating them into ‘British Railways’, Hornby did not follow suit until 1954/55 season. Here we have the replacement for the 101 Tank loco with this type 40 Tank. Just light general use Overall Excellent/plus in Good/plus Orange late issue box.
