Hornby 0 Gauge No.3C LNER Loco & Tender ‘FLYING SCOTSMAN’ Passenger Set Clockwork – Boxed – From the range of Sets produced by Hornby in the 1930’s is this No.3C LNER ‘FLYING SCOTSMAN’  clockwork Passenger set. This includes an No.3C 4-4-2 Loco & Tender LNER lined Green ‘FLYING SCOTSMAN’ No.4472 in Clockwork, No.2LNER Corridor Coach, No.2 Corridor Brake end coach, Loco Key, Lamps, Corridor Connector, 2-rail Tinplate track. The Loco has some cracks to the driving wheels but ran very well when tested it did appear that the Loco had not been used the mech was very clean and dry, I have oiled it but it will need running in, overall Excellent /plus. The coaches are Excellent /plus to near Mint, this is the standard pair of coach for this set from 1937. It does included the Loco Key, lamps, Corridor connector etc. The box is in Good Condition with the Flying Scotsman label detail to the underside of the box lid. A great addition to Hornby 0 Gauge Collection.
