Hornby 0 Gauge No.1 0-4-0 Special Loco & Tender GWR Green No.2301, Clockwork Circa 1929/34 – unboxed – Overall Good/plus – First introduced in 1929 and were issue for all four regions and were very popular from the start. This example is the GWR version with the Gold and Red transfer running number 2301 to the cab sides. The cab handrails were a transfer and not a sperate rail for the sides unlike the bigger brothers the No.2 Special Loco & Tenders. There is some paint loss to the cab roof at the top on the left hand and at the top of the tender on the same side otherwise overall Good /plus. When tested the Loco ran very well in forward and reverse, an Excellent opportunity to add this to your collection.
