Hornby 0 Gauge Early Leatherette style Empty Box for an 0-4-0 Tank or 2710 Locomotive – Box – PLEASE NOTE This is an EMPTY Leatherette style box for an early 0-4-0 Tank loco it has the remains of a ….LM (presumably for LM&S or LMS) label at one end of the box lid. The box retails the inner string which held the loco in place inside the box. The is general wear to the box, the lid has some tears to the corners which I have tried to show in the pictures. There is some old pre decimal (Pounds, Shillings and Pence) pencil and pen pricing on the box. An ideal items for your early 0-4-0 Tank loco or 2710 Locomotive. Overall Good to Good/plus, a great addition to the early Hornby collection.
