Hornby 0 Gauge 4-6-2 Loco & Tender LMS Lined Maroon ‘Princess Elizabeth’ No.6201, 3-rail Electric – Boxed – This Locomotive and Tender have been professionally repainte lined and transfered by Ian Woodruff and signed to the front underside of the Locomotive, it has been alterted to 12 volt DC and runs perfectly with reversing from the transformers without fail. If you are aware of Ian’s work you will know the high standard of his workmanship finishing this Locomotive and Tender to the highest standard with all the major mazac part replaced (These parts suffer with being brittle and braking very easily and need replacing). The loco includes an original box which has been repainted at some point in a dark maroon colour.

These loco’s were produced in 1937 until the war ceased production in 1939/40. The Princess is the only 6-coupled Locomotive that Hornby produced and in 20 volt 3-rail electric only. A great opportunity to add this to your collection
