Hornby 0 Gauge 4-6-2 Loco & Tender LMS Lined Maroon ‘Princess Elizabeth’ No.6201, 3-rail 20 volt Electric  – Boxed – These loco’s were produced in 1937 until the war ceased production in 1939/40. The Princess is the only 6-coupled Locomotive that Hornby produced and in 20 volt 3-rail electric only. The example here is one  in the gloss maroon finish dating this to 1937/38, The Locomotive has some marks and there is some old retouching to the boiler which I have tried to show in the pictures, the Cross Heads have been replaced (these are Mazac parts which is normal that they be replaced). The Locomotive has the original driving wheels, one of the middle wheels has some fatigue but appears in sound condition. The tender detail font piece has some fatigue (usual Mazac problem) but appears stable if replacement is requored these are availble form the spares suppliers. On test the Locomotive ran very well without any problems, overall Good/plus in a Good recovered original wooden presentation box. A great opportunity to add this to your collection
