Hornby 0 Gauge Early No.2 Loco & Tender Midland Maroon, Clockwork Circa 1921/23 – Part Boxed – From the early period of Hornby production is this Midland maroon 4-4-0 Loco & Tender No.2711. This dates the loco to arounf 1921/23 with the imposed upper key whole, maroon painted running board etc. The loco has the circular ‘M Ltd L’ transfer to the splashers on both sides of the Loco and the sides of the Tender, the cab sides have a brass number 2711 plate. There are marks to the cab sides and around the key whole otherwise Good/plus to Excellent. The loco in contained in the early leatherette style box, Tender is unboxed. Four version of this loco and Tender were made which were Green GN, CR blue, MR red and the black LNWR, an Excellent opportunity to add this to your collection.
