Hornby 0 Gauge LE1/20 Swiss style overhead electric Green Locomotive, 3-rail 20 volt Electric – unboxed – Overall Excellent/plus – Introduced in 1932 was a range of Swiss style overhead electric Locomotives the LE1/20 and the LE2/20, The no.1 and the no.2 in both clockwork and electric. There were produced in a number of different colours and here is the electric LE1/20 volt in dark green finish. These were withdrawn from sale from 1936 so had only a short production period. Overall Excellent plus unboxed. Although these are not common and particularly in electric the dark green version was easier to find than some of the other coloured examples produced. A great addition to any Hornby 0 Gauge collection
