Hornby 0 Gauge E420 Special Loco & Tender SR ‘ETON’ No.900, 20 volt electric Circa 1938 – Boxed – Here we have from the Range of electric Locos produced by Hornby is this E420 Loco & Tender is the SR ‘ETON’. These were only produced from 1937 and this example is circa 1938.  The only No.4 Loco produced by Hornby was for the Southern Railway  and were produced for the other 3 regions. These were very popular and as close as can be called prototypical to the real Schools class locomotive on the Southern railways, Overall Excellent condition in Good original boxes including the correct ‘ETON’ tender box.  A great addition to any Hornby 0 Gauge collection.
