Carette Gauge 2 (54mm) GW Mica B Refrigerator van, – unboxed – Here we start with a range of Gauge 2 (54mm) and this is a GWR Mica ‘B’ Refrigerator Van in White with Red Lettering, Pre first world war. Gauge 2 became unpopular after the First world war in favour of Gauge 1 so any stock remaining was sold with Gauge 1 wheels. Carette /Bassett lowke produced a number of wagons in Gauges 0, 1 and 2.
