Aster (Japan) Gauge 1 4-4-0 Loco & Tender Schools Class ‘Winchester’ No.903, Live Steam – unboxed – Here we have a Aster Southern Railway Schools class ‘Winchester’ No.901 produced. These were produced in 1975 and were the first Britsh outline locomotives produced by Aster (Japan) who are still producing locomotives today. This is a live steam 2 cylinder locomtive in unused/unsteamed in Near Mint to Mint condition with building instructions.
The original locomotives built by the Southern Railway totalled 40 in all, most of these locomotives were named after well know boys schools.
